The structural elements of the bumper are crafted from 6mm sheet metal (18G2A), ensuring exceptional strength and resilience. The shells, made of either 4mm or 6mm sheet metal, enable safe and convenient lifting of the vehicle using a HI-Lift jack. The absence of sharp edges and the incorporation of round shapes prioritize the safety of other road users in the event of a collision.

The bumper is meticulously designed to fit seamlessly with the car body, featuring slender and delicately bent lines of sheet metal and precise welds that guarantee the highest quality workmanship. This product is the result of our extensive expeditions, ensuring it meets the most demanding requirements of off-road terrains.

The Rear Winch Bumper is specifically adapted for mounting an electric winch. In the absence of a winch, grilles or trims can be used to maintain the bumper's aesthetic appeal. Upon request, versions with the option to mount a spare wheel holder and a tow bar are available, offering additional functionality and convenience.

To ensure excellent durability, the bumper is painted with two layers of powder coating. A zinc primer is applied first, followed by a top layer of black semi-matte finish. Custom color options from the RAL palette are available upon request, including the use of structural paints for added resilience.

Installation of the bumper is always done to the structural elements of the car, specifically the frame. The set includes all necessary mounting elements and a set of screws, simplifying the self-assembly process.
